A Proven solution to the homelessness crisis in Spokane
A PERMANENT, AFFORDABLE, COOPERATIVE HOUSING MODEL supporting residents through beautifully designed micro-neighborhoods that build a sense of belonging and genuine connection to the bonded community where they live.
Better yet, our neighborhoods are built sustainably, so they can support their own needs while producing power, food and commerce in such abundance that they can also provide support for the community at large.
Our Plan

We currently have two projects in development in Spokane, WA.

Project 1
Tiny But Temporary
We are building 30-40 moveable, scalable, emergency tiny shelters (~110sq ft) on a piece of vacant land that will be leased by a local public utility. These provide people with a safe place to sleep, and a door that locks, to turn the burden of finding safety and security each night into a thing of the past, so people can focus on the other things we all need to thrive. want lasting and meaningful change. The Temp Tiny is a way forward, and while permanent housing is the ultimate goal, something small, safe, and stable is a great first step.

Project 2
Permanent Micro-Neighborhood
We will purchase land and build a permanent micro-neighborhood containing 12-20 fully equipped and well-appointed permanent tiny homes (~450sq ft) that will be built around a large community building, a community garden, and shared office and manufacturing spaces. The neighborhood will be set up with renewable energy (solar, solar thermal, etc) on each building and throughout to offset operation cost and to lighten our footprint.
